Equipped with a 1/2.8" CMOS image sensor and 2MP resolution, the TC-H324S delivers smooth Full HD video at up to 30 fps (1920×1080). The motorized zoom lens with a 5–115 mm focal length and F1.5–F3.0 aperture range allows you to switch instantly from an overview to a close-up view without sacrificing detail. The field of view from 55.8° down to 3.2° horizontally enables both wide coverage and precise monitoring of critical zones.
Digital WDR and advanced compression (S+265 / H.265 / H.264 / Motion JPEG) help maintain usable images in difficult lighting while keeping bandwidth and storage requirements under control. This is especially important for 24/7 recording on large sites.
Smart video analytics and auto-tracking
As part of Tiandy’s smart PTZ line-up, the TC-H324S supports Human/Vehicle Classification, Auto Tracking, Tripwire, Perimeter, Object Abandon/Missing, Heatmap and Video Abnormal detection. These capabilities turn raw video into actionable information, highlighting real security events instead of just recording everything.
Auto-tracking keeps selected subjects in view automatically by combining PTZ movements with the 23X zoom. This is particularly valuable when monitoring large areas where manual tracking would be time-consuming and less efficient for the operator.
Outdoor-ready design and easy system integration
Designed for outdoor use (Type – Outdoor), the camera operates in temperatures from −30°C to +65°C, making it suitable for harsh environments and exposed installations. Flexible mounting options (wall, ceiling or pole) allow you to position the PTZ exactly where coverage is needed most.
The TC-H324S supports DC12V ±10% and PoE (IEEE 802.3at), giving you options for power delivery. Local microSD storage (up to 512 GB) provides on-board recording, while the RJ-45 (10/100Base-T) network interface and ONVIF Profile S/T/G/M compliance ensure smooth integration with NVRs and VMS platforms from Tiandy and other vendors.
