Primer DEKOR GF-021, 1.8 kg
Dekor universal quick-drying primer helps to fix external and internal surfaces. High-quality primer GF-021 based on alkyd varnish. It has good protective properties. Designed for painting wooden and metal surfaces for coating with various enamels. It has a high penetrating ability, perfectly impregnates and strengthens fragile, porous surfaces. Easy to apply, forming a uniform coating resistant to water, industrial oil and 3% sodium chloride solution.

Recommendations for use:
Clean the surface intended for painting from dust, rust, scale, grease and other contaminants, treat with sandpaper and degrease with a solvent.
If the surface has been painted before, then remove the fragile layers of the old coating with a scraper, sand the entire surface and rinse with a solvent, level the irregularities with putty.
The primer has a high viscosity and low viscosity under mechanical stress. Stir the primer thoroughly before application, after mixing the primer is ready for use. If during storage a film has formed on the surface of the primer, it must first be removed.
If necessary, dilute the primer with xylene solvent in an amount of not more than 8% by weight of the primer.
After application, the primer forms an even, silky matte coating, when the material is diluted, a change in the color of the coating is observed (the coating becomes lighter).
Putty and enamel are applied to the primed surface only after the primer has dried and then held for at least 24 hours, in order to avoid swelling of the primer when applying a layer of putty and enamel on it, all the recommendations of this label must be followed.
Application:
With a brush, roller, paint sprayer on a prepared, dry, clean surface.
Drying time:
Each layer at a temperature of (20±2) ºС and relative humidity (65±5)% 15 min. With a decrease in temperature and an increase in the thickness of the applied layer, the drying time increases.
Interlayer endurance - 12 hours. Hardening time for transportation - 24 hours.
Consumption:
90-120 g/m² for a single coat.
