POOL PLUS ONE is a high-quality paint suitable for swimming pools, based on chlorinated rubber resin, which creates a tough and elastic film. It is proposed for the painting of both new or repainted swimming pools made by concrete. Has great adhesion on these surfaces. It doesn’t contain lead or other toxic sub- stances and doesn’t pollute water, towards which has great and permanent resistance.
It is recommended for swimming pools or surfaces with permanent touch to fresh water or seawater. It has excellent resistance to chlorine and other preservative chemi- cals, which used. Gives excellent decorative results without complicated application. It is easy to use and apply after the appropriate pretreatment of the substrate. Very rapid drying even in adverse weather conditions
SURFACE PREPARATION
NEW CONCRETE SURFACES: To make sure of a successful paint ad-hesion we recommend priming the surface by 10% Hydrochloric acid to open by this way the pores of the substrate and enhance even more the adhesion. Rinse the walls of the pool with plenty of water and clean of cropped paints and rust. Keep at least one week before painting on very well drying surfaces.
OLD, ALREADY PAINTED SUR-FACES: The surface has to be cleaned of dust, oil, cropped old paints, rust etc and should be sanded. Glossy surfaces (i.e surfaces painted with two component coatings) should be sanded and cleaned very well before painting to obtain good adhesion.Prime the new or the old well-prepared surface by diluting the POOL PLUS ONE around 20% with Thinner No1 of VECHRO.

APPLICATION:
Apply two coats of POOL PLUS. Avoid building total film thickness higher than 120 μm dry. One could use the swimming pool and fill it with water after the complete drying of the coating (around 14 days)
CLEANNING TOOLS:
While working keep your equipment wet, either in the pot, or in the paint lauder. Strain well your tools from paint back to the pot and clean immediately with thinner No1 VECHRO, water and soap.
APPLLICATION CONDITIONS:
Avoid painting onto wet surfaces and under strait sunlight. Temperature 8-30ºC and relative humidity lower than 80%. Contrary weather conditions may degrade paint’s quality.
CONSUMPTION:
7 - 9 m2 /lt per coat, depending on surface’s absorbency
