Polyurethane-based wood varnish
Features and Applications:
Can be applied to all types of wood and coated surfaces. It is the ultimate impact and scratch resistant varnish, resistant to detergents and chemicals, giving a decorative look to all wood surfaces.
Surface preparation and application method:
The surface to be applied must be free of dirt and oil. Sand the worn surfaces and remove the dust, apply the prepared mixture with a spray gun in 1-2 coats and leave for 5-10 minutes between coats.
Dilution:
MOBEL polyurethane gloss varnish 100% + MOBEL polyurethane hardener 100% + MOBEL polyurethane thinner 5-10% for airbrush application.
Consumption:
8-10 m² / kg in one coat (film thickness 30-35 microns) depending on the surface condition.
Drying:
(at 20 ° C, 65% Hr), touch dry: 30-40 min, dust retention time: 1-1.5 hours, full dry 24 hours
Storage conditions:
1 year in unopened containers at room temperature away from sunlight.
