Exchange or Return Policy for Items Purchased Online

1. Definition of terms:

1.1. Remote contract – this contract, which is considered to be concluded between the store and the customer, from the moment of placing the order by the customer on the website: www.grandmall.ge;

1.2. Shop / online shop – www.grandmall.ge;

1.3. User - a person authorized on the website of the online store, who buys products remotely by placing an order;

1.4. Item/Product – goods placed for sale by the store on the website;

1.5. Item Return – User's right to return remotely purchased products to the online store in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1.6. Item replacement – the right of the user to replace remotely purchased products in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

Chapter I - Return of remotely purchased products

2. General conditions of return

2.1. Products purchased online/remotely can be returned without giving any reason within 14 calendar days of purchase;

2.2. In case of return, the user can request the return of the purchased products through the personal account on the www.grandmall.ge website. The user is obliged to fill in the details about the order and the product on the mentioned page (hereinafter - "item return form").

2.3. After filling out the item return form, feedback from the store will be provided by e-mail and/or other means of communication, no later than within 3 (three) working days.

2.4. After the 14-day return period, the customer will no longer be able to request a return.

3. Transportation of the item to be returned

3.1. In case of the desire to return the products, the customer must ensure that the products are delivered to the stock of the relevant city (Tbilisi, 2 G/ Tsabadze str., Zugdidi, 3 Kikalishvili str.) or send the item purchased the address indicated in the document through a courier company.

3.2. The customer is responsible for the risk of damage to the item during transportation;

3.3. In case of desire for a courier service for the return of the item, the customer will be obliged to pay the costs of such service himself.

4. Refund

4.1. In case of returning the product, within 5 (five) working days from the return of the product, the customer will be fully compensated for the invoice value of the product.

4.2. The refund will be made only to the bank account of the user, from which the bank transaction was made for the purchase of the item.

4.3. If the item is purchased through bank installments, the amount paid to the customer will be credited to the so-called "On the customer's balance". If equipment is purchased through installments, the amount on the balance can be used only for the purchase of equipment available in the company's stocks. With the money on the balance, it will not be possible to purchase accessories of other types and purposes.

Chapter II – Replacement of remotely purchased products

5. General conditions for replacing products purchased online

5.1. The products sold at the initial price can be exchanged within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the delivery of the products to the customer.

5.2. Purchased products can only be exchanged for products of the same brand – by changing the item unwanted by the customer to an item of the same value, or by adding money, with a more expensive product.

5.3. After receiving the products, the customer is obliged to check the condition of the products and within 14 (fourteen) calendar days to express his will to return the item through any communication channel or visit in the store.

5.4. The customer is obliged to contact the store in advance, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days to verify whether it will be possible to exchange the item. In case it is not possible to change / exchange the item, then the rules related to the return of products will be applied. In addition, the store can offer the customer only those products that will be available in a specific stock in a specific city;

5.5. The store reserves the right to confirm or reject a replacement request within 3 (three) business days from the moment the request for a product replacement is expressed.

5.6. 5.1. After the expiration of the period specified in the clause, the store reserves the right to refuse the customer to replacement the purchased products.

5.7. Replacement / exchange of purchased products is allowed only once;

6. Transportation of the replacement item

6.1. In case of desire to change the products, the customer must ensure delivery of the products to the stock of the relevant city (Tbilisi, 2 G/ Tsabadze str., Zugdidi, 3 Kikalishvili str.).

6.2. The customer is responsible for the risk of damage to the item during transportation;

6.3. In case of desire for courier service for the replacement of the item, the customer will be obliged to pay the costs of such service.

Chapter III – Important conditions for return or exchange of purchased items

7. Condition of products to be returned or replaced

7.1. Products to be returned or replaced:

  • Must not be used or otherwise damaged;

  • Must have the goods in the same condition in which it was purchased (with a seal, special protective layers, etc.).

  • Must be returned in original condition with invoice;

7.2. Products to be returned or replaced must meet the criteria specified in this article. Before the product is returned or exchanged, it will be inspected and if it is found that the item does not meet the relevant conditions, the store reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of the item to the customer.

7.3. The legal representative of the store is authorized to check and confirm the compliance of the item purchased by the user with the aforementioned criteria.

8. Exceptions to the return or exchange of the item

8.1. The store will not return/exchange the item:

  • If the product is not suitable for further sale (for example: it was opened, used and its presentation for sale was violated);

  • Products (including textiles, artificial leather, linoleum, carpets, wires, electrical wiring, cables, etc.) cut to size requested by the customer;

  • Decorative elements (including New Year's accessories);

  • Building materials: all types of paint and varnish products, including tinted paint;

  • Some workwear and leisure goods;

  • Some office supplies, toys;
