Alkyd-urethane Enamel Dekor for concrete floors

Ingredients:
a suspension of pigments and fillers in an alkyd-urethane varnish with the addition of a desiccant, solvents and stabilizing agents.
Application area:
wear-resistant enamel designed for protective painting of cement-concrete walls and floors inside residential premises, as well as premises with increased mechanical loads (industrial, retail, warehouses, garages, auto repair shops, etc.). Withstands mechanical impacts that occur during the operation of the premises, such as warehouse work, the movement of cars and forklifts, foot traffic, abrasion, etc.
The coating has increased wear resistance due to the use of solid mineral fillers and absolute resistance to water and salt solutions, oils and gasoline, as well as the ability to self-level when applied. Does not fade under the action of sunlight and does not lose saturation, prevents dust separation of floors, which greatly facilitates cleaning.
Surface preparation:
Clean the surface to be painted from dust and other contaminants. Enamel is not recommended to be applied on fresh and wet concrete, on metal surfaces, in rooms experiencing significant temperature fluctuations. The ambient temperature is from 5°C to 30°C and the relative humidity of the air is not higher than 80%.
Consumption:
- when stained in one layer is 8 - 10 m² per 1 kg.
Drying time:
- Tack free in 2-3 hours, walkable in 8 hours, completely dry in 96 hours.
Solvent:
- Solvent, xylene, white spirit.
